Dia de Reyes is a Latin American tradition and you’re invited to partake in the festivities. The entire family can enjoy festive foods, music, arts, activities, dancing and so much more. The event is free to attend and hosted by The Power of Families Project and Casa de la Cultura. The fun starts at 1 PM and goes until 4 PM with different rooms hosting different areas like a sweets and hot cocoa room, puppet making rooms, dancing areas and the Procession of the Reyes which will go through the entire venue.
Toyland Ball | Jan. 19, 2019
The annual Toyland Ball is The Parent Child Center’s signature fundraising event. This event is a black tie gala that has a bit of a whimsical theme that consists of dinner, dancing, a live auction and more. Believe it or not, the Toyland Ball raises about 15% of the agency’s total operating budget. This event is also when the agency will award the Guardian Angel Award which honors the person who has made significant contributions of time, talent, and resources over time.
2019 Oklahoma Golf Expo | Jan. 25-26, 2019
The Oklahoma Golf Expo is back in 2019 and the new location will be the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills. The Golf Expo is your chance to partake in fun games, contests, and get up close and personal with featured guests. Golf fans all over Tulsa are familiar with this event and knowing that it is coming back to Tulsa is exciting news. Be sure to get your tickets early as they may fill fast.
Rock Paper Scissors | Jan. 26, 2019
The Pencil Box’s brand new event, Rock Paper Scissors at the historic Cain’s Ballroom. This event is going to be an amazing party filled with music, food, live entertainment and something even more important. This event is a fundraising event that will help supply disadvantaged students with everything they will need to help ensure a bright future. The event starts at 6:30 PM and goes until 11 PM. Tickets for this brand new event are expected to sell out fast so be sure to get your tickets early.
Champagne & Chocolate | Jan. 26, 2019
The Living Arts of Tulsa has one of the most anticipated Tulsa things to do in January 2019 its 50th anniversary with its signature gala. Champagne & Chocolate is an event that hosts a fashion show, auction, an honorary celebration of the five Tulsans that make important contributions to the arts and so much more.
